A massive hurricane slams the East Coast. Griggs & Browne technicians work around the clock, helping residents eliminate infestations stemming from the lack of electricity.
During World War II, Griggs & Browne recognized employees with loved ones overseas.
Our “Pest of the Month” contest was a familiar sight on Allens Avenue. $20 went to the first person with a correct guess.

Griggs & Browne held a creative writing contest. A poetic housewife came up with the slogan we use to this day: “Without Griggs & Browne, the Whole Town Would Fall Down!”
Glen Griggs’ son, Dan Griggs, joins the company and opens up the Martha’s Vineyard/Nantucket office.
Dan Griggs becomes president of Griggs & Browne. He has committed the company to utilize safe, effective, environmentally sound practices. Griggs and Browne celebrated its 100th Anniversary.
