David Heal

President

David started at Griggs & Browne in 1985. He started as part-time help as a teenager and has worked his way up to being our President. David’s philosophy is “everything always works out”. He is married and has two grown sons. He also has three granddaughters, whom he enjoys spending time with when he’s not working. David also enjoys travelling, reading and trying new culinary delights.

Cindy started working at Griggs & Browne in 1999. She started as a part-time AP assistant and has worked her way up to being our Vice President. Cindy is married and has two grown children. She also has a young grandson and a granddaughter on the way. Cindy loves entertaining, cooking and spending time with her family.

Michael Carello

General Manager RI

Michael started working at Griggs & Browne in 1997. He started as a pest control tech and has worked his way up to being our General Manager. Michael is married and has two grown sons. Mike enjoys cooking and boating.

Michael Medeiros

General Manager MA - Associate Certified Entemologist

Mike started working at Griggs & Browne in 1999. He started as a pest control tech in Cape Cod and has worked his way to up being our General Manager in MA. Michael is married and has a grown son and a teenage daughter. Mike enjoys spending time with family, travelling and attending concerts with his daughter.

Michael Serencko

General Manager CT - Associate Certified Entemologist

Mike started working at Griggs & Browne in 1995. He started as a pest control tech in Connecticut and has worked his way up to being our General Manager in CT. Mike is married and has a grown son. Mike enjoys spending time with family, hunting and fishing.
