Griggs & Browne held a creative writing contest. A poetic housewife came up with the slogan we use to this day: “Without Griggs & Browne, the Whole Town Would Fall Down!”
Glen Griggs’ son, Dan Griggs, joins the company and opens up the Martha’s Vineyard/Nantucket office. Griggs & Browne expanded again to include the Carpet, Tile, and Upholstery cleaning services.
Dan Griggs becomes president of Griggs & Browne. He has committed the company to utilize safe, effective, environmentally sound practices. Griggs and Browne celebrated its 100th Anniversary.
Dan Griggs passes away. Our hearts are broken but we will continue on in the Griggs tradition of utilizing safe, effective, environmentally sound practices. And, our customers' satisfaction will always be our main concern.
